Shipping

All order are shipped within 3-5 business days unless specified otherwise. Any items specified as “pre-order” items are considered made to order and take up to 10 business days to ship. The Ellory Co. is not responsible for any package once it has been shipped and accepted by USPS. By purchasing from The Ellory Co., you acknowledge and agree to these policies.


Returns

The Ellory Co. has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in brand new condition to be eligible for a return. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact info@theelloryco.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or other issues with your order

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact info@theelloryco.com immediately if any item in your order is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will determine if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Wholesale

  • Must purchase a case minimum of 4 pairs per design, and a minimum of $200 for first time orders. Re-orders are a minimum of $150.
  • Orders must be placed via email with info@theelloryco.com OR via Faire. We will send an invoice, and payment is required upfront before production will begin.
  • Orders may take up to 14 business days to process, as everything is made to order.
  • Each pair of earrings will come packaged with The Ellory Co. branding. Retailers must keep the products on their original cards for resale.
  • Exclusively online retailers must credit The Ellory Co. in the product description (ie. "handcrafted earrings by The Ellory Co.")
  • Retailers may use product images from The Ellory Co. if desired. Email info@theelloryco.com for JPGs.

Privacy

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us.
Our website uses cookies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.


Terms of Services

The Ellory Co. provides both handmade & curated accessories. Our handmade jewelry is made with a variety of materials including polymer clay and nickel-free earring posts, backs, and hardware, meaning they are totally safe for sensitive ears. Please be advised that the nature of handmade goods differs from mass production in that slight imperfections may occur, contributing to the character and uniqueness of the item you're purchasing. All items are inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality. However, if any part of your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact info@theellory.com. 

By consenting to The Ellory Co.'s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
